I had small paperclips lying around on my desk, which never found a place for themselves and often spilled onto the floor. So I decided to sew a small original box for storing paperclips.
Here, you will find a video tutorial and the dimensions for sewing a box at home. Now I have several boxes, and my paperclips and other small items lie neatly in them on the desk.
Cutting out pattern pieces
Here you can find all pattern pieces and their dimensions. All dimensions are shown with sewing allowances. Use a 0,5 cm seam allowance for all seams unless otherwise specified.
You can adjust the dimensions of the box to suit your specific needs. I used denim fabric on the outside and cotton fabric on the inside. I put synthetic hardening between the fabrics, which gives the box a stable shape.
If you sew several boxes in different colors, it will beautifully decorate your table. Good luck.
