It’s nice to drink tea when beautiful napkins are on the table under the cups. They are easy to sew for beginners. You can also play with colors and choose a suitable color combination for your napkins.

Materials
To make these nice tea napkins, you will need:

- Burgundy cotton fabric 46 cm x 40 cm.
- Light brown linen 40 cm x 40 cm.
- Bright brown linen decorative ribbon.
- 8 decorative leaves, four gray and four dark burgundy.
- Burgundy and light brown sewing thread no. 120
Here are all the pattern pieces and their dimensions. All dimensions are shown with sewing allowances. If not indicated otherwise, use a 0,5 cm seam allowance for all seams.

Cut two large circles from burgundy fabric and two from linen. For the small circles, cut 8 only from burgundy cotton.
Steps for sewing the tea napkins
When all the pattern pieces are cut out and ready, follow the steps below to sew them together.
Step 1. Divide larger circles in half. Place the small circles two by two and sew them together. You need to leave about 2 cm of unsewn space so that you can turn them over. We get four smaller circles that need to be aligned carefully.
Then connect the halves of the large circles in different colors as shown in the second picture.

Step 2. Sew along the edge of the thread in the center of the circle. Sew a decorative linen ribbon around the outer edge of the circle.
Sew the small burgundy circles onto the linen fabric sides, as you can see in the picture.

Step 3. Sew two burgundy decorative leaves to the small circle. Sew the other brown leaves, two at a time, to the burgundy fabric, as shown in the picture.

Tea napkins are both similar and slightly different.
Good luck.
